Dear Ladies,
I hope everyone had a blessed Easter, we certainly had beautiful weather. We have a full agenda for the month of April. We will be honored to have GFWC/OFWC President, Rose Logston and OFWC Director of Juniors, Julie Vugrinovich in attendance to assist membership Chairman Margaret Petrosky with the installation of our Provisional's members.
We will have the election of Officers for the 2010/2011 Club Year. The Arts Committee will set up for us – so don’t forget to bring your favorite photos! It’s that time of year again for the GFWC/OFWC Convention in Columbus the weekend of April 23th -25th, I hope to see some new faces at Convention this year. Last month members from our Club attended OFWC Northeast District Legislation Day in Boardman. WJWL/GFWC received many awards and special recognitions, also Linda Crish our Northeast District President presented us with the Rebhan/Crish Leadership Award, this is given to the club that presents outstanding Leadership on the District and State Level and the Soich/Rebhan Portfolio Award, this award is given to the club that presents an Outstanding Literacy Program or Project.
Great job ladies! We also will have out Taste of Trumbull County fundraiser, April 28th. We need your help and active participation to make this a success.
