Chairwoman of the Program Committee, prepares and distributes the Club Book, and performs all duties of  President in her absence

Molly Halliday , Second Vice President

Chairwoman of the Membership  & Club Woman of the Year Committees,  specializes in Provisional orientations, prepares membership listings, and records member’s attendance

Melanie Gemmell, Secretary

Keeps the minutes of the Club at both General & Executive meetings, reads Club correspondence, keeps record of members volunteer hours for the calendar year

Marsha Hubbard, Treasurer

Chairwoman of the Finance Committee, prepares annual budget, allocates disbursements,  responsible for all monetary transactions and prepares monthly financial statements
