Upon acceptance of this application, I understand that I will become a provisional member of Warren Junior Women’s League/GFWC. The Provisional membership will be for a period of 7 months during which time I will learn the obligations and requirements of membership. I understand that I will not have voting privileges. I will attend a minimum of 6 club meetings. I will participate in assigned committee activities and meetings. I will participate in the clubs major fund raiser and fulfill any financial obligations for the major fundraiser as approved by the active membership. Failure to meet any obligations may result in dismissal from Warren Junior Women’s League/GFWC. A twenty five dollar ($25.00) initiation fee must accompany this application. Our membership committee will contact you upon your acceptance to collect this non-refundable fee.
